About the role:

We are looking to grow and diversify our clientele with the addition of a Digital Advisor / Account Manager to the team. This role will suit an applicant with experience in the digital industry or advertising capacity who is looking to work with clients in creating high-quality digital programs that are integrated with business plans to achieve real business outcomes.

You will create and maintain long-term customer relationships by gaining insight into customer business objectives and advising accordingly. Your responsibilities will include utilising your established relationship network and creating new leads to identify new streams of revenue. We are seeking a motivated team player who will meet and exceed productivity requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients to gain an understanding of their business model, requirements, and the wider industry
  • Apply proven business development practises to grow your portfolio
  • Use data and reasoning to integrate client business plans with our digital strategies
  • Drive client advisory meetings via our proprietary software program
  • Provide strategy briefs to our Agency Team to ensure that your client programs are being implemented appropriately
  • Build trusting connections with clients as an advising partner
  • Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • Proven Business Development skills, drive and ability
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Solid problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent management and organisation
